Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years of expertise in client management, healthcare payer operations, business process redesign, program management, and systems integration, Betsy Knorr specializes in instituting organizational change to maximize enterprise value. As HCIM’s Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the Professional Solutions, Product Solutions, and Technical Services business units, while also working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Sales & Marketing to design and implement strategic growth plans.
Prior to her position at HCIM, Knorr served 15 years in various client management and operations roles at DST Health Solutions. She was most recently DST’s Chief of Staff, where she drove the organization to meet the goals and objectives of the COO and other executives, including a major realignment of operations to improve overall delivery. She was responsible for account management, financials, contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction for DST’s business totaling over $150 million in annual revenue.
Knorr earned a B.S. in Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College. She currently resides in Chatham, Massachusetts, and enjoys golfing, yoga, skiing, and world travel. She has a passion for giving back to her local community and is always looking for ways to serve, including advocating for those in need and volunteering at a domestic abuse shelter.
