	CareMore Medical Enterprises (CareMore) – Cerritos, Calif. CareMore licensed the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Hospital Claims module, effective December 2008. CareMore has been a client of HCIM since January 2008, when they licensed the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional Claims module. CareMore was a key partner in developing the Hospital Claims module and is pleased with the opportunity to enhance their claims operations with the new module. Heritage Health Systems Inc. (HHSI) – Houston, Texas HHSI licensed the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Hospital Claims module, effective February 2009. HHSI has been a client of HCIM since November 2006, when they licensed the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional Claims module. “After using SymKey for Professional Claims for over two years, we are delighted to now extend our automated claims adjudication capabilities to include hospital claims as well,” said Gary Ashburn, V.P. of Claims Administration at HHSI. North American Medical Management of Illinois (NAMM – IL) – Hillside, Ill. After utilizing HCIM’s risk free trial of the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional and Hospital Claims modules, NAMM – IL entered into a three-year licensing agreement with HCIM for both modules, effective November 2008. NAMM – IL specializes in co-ventures with leading physicians and hospitals to build a physician network, which successfully addresses the delivery of medical services to managed care markets. Physicians Medical Group of Santa Cruz County (PMG) – Santa Cruz, Calif. PMG licensed HCIM’s Appeals Manager™ application, which was installed February 2009. PMG also began HCIM’s 30-day risk free trial of the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional Claims module and Virtual Auto-Post™ module in January 2009, and is looking forward to licensing both modules after a successful trial period. Physicians United Plan, Inc. (PUP) – Winter Park, Fla. PUP began HCIM’s 30-day risk free trial of the SymKey® for EZ-CAP Professional Claims module and Virtual Auto-Post™ module in January 2009. PUP has already realized tremendous results and is looking forward to continuing with automated claims adjudication following the successful culmination of the SymKey trial.

	ScanClaims™ Inventory Manager™ for SQL Server 2005 HCIM announced the general availability of the ScanClaims™ Inventory Manager™ application for SQL Server 2005 in October 2008. The new application in the SQL 2005 platform contains the same exceptional proprietary scrubbing functionality and file manipulation features that HCIM had refined over the years in the Access/SQL Server 2000 platform. But with the SQL 2005 platform, HCIM has seen incredible performance increases. The first client on the new application saw the time to complete daily claims scrubbing routines drop from 90 minutes to only 90 seconds! The ScanClaims™ Inventory Manager™ for SQL 2005 application also includes a new user interface written in .NET, which provides greater navigation ease and feedback to the user about progress during the scrubbing routines. SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 1.11 HCIM announced the general availability of SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 1.11 in September 2008. Version 1.11 includes the following enhancements and additional functionality: Hospital Claims module Capitation/Uncapitation at a Line Level scenario Remove Copay at a Line Level scenario

	SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 1.20 HCIM is projected to release SymKey® for EZ-CAP version 1.20 for general availability in March 2009.
