HCIM’s March 2010 All Colleague Meeting
HCIM’s semi-annual All Colleague Meeting (ACM) was held at FireSky Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ on Friday, March 5, 2010. Prior to the meeting, colleagues were asked to read John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber’s book entitled “Our Iceberg Is Melting: Changing and Succeeding Under Any Conditions.” Katrina Gesh-Wilson of GWOCG, LLC, led a work session entitled “Our Iceberg is Melting,” where she discussed critical steps that should be taken to ensure long-term success for HCIM and its colleagues. The Leadership Team and colleagues took the opportunity to brainstorm together and set measurable objectives for reaching HCIM’s FY 2010 strategic goals.
HCIM at the 2009 ICE Conference
HCIM was once again a silver sponsor at the 2009 Industry Collaboration Effort (ICE) Annual Conference in San Francisco, California, held December 7-8. Michael Wilson and Thomas Streeter represented HCIM at the conference and demonstrated HCIM’s Appeals Manager™ application, a streamlined grievance and appeals system that offers an efficient and automated solution for addressing CA AB 1455 Appeals and Provider Dispute Resolution (PDR) processes.
HCIM’s 2008 All Colleague Meeting
HCIM’s Annual All Colleague Meeting was held in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area in December 2008. The First Annual HCIM All Colleague Miniature Golf Obstacle Course Tournament was a smash hit, with Greg Merica taking first place and winning a new iPod. A lovely dinner at Il Fornaio was followed by a comical play at the theatre.
HCIM at the 2008 EZ-CAP® WRUG Conference
HCIM was a gold sponsor at the March 27-28, 2008 EZ-CAP® Western Regional User’s Group (WRUG) Conference in beautiful Huntington Beach, Calif. As always, the EZ-CAP® WRUG board put on a great conference and HCIM’s team was able to catch up with all their clients and affiliates.
HCIM at the 2006 EZ-CAP® WRUG Conference
HCIM attended the EZ-CAP® WRUG conference in Palm Springs, Calif. in June 2006, and presented its flagship product, SymKey®. The SymKey® advanced automated adjudication system exemplifies efficiency and simplicity and continues to revolutionize claims processing for users of all sizes. Conference attendance was high and the expressed interest in HCIM’s product lines created much excitement.
