HCIM’s March 2010 All Colleague Meeting
HCIM’s semi-annual All Colleague Meeting (ACM) was held at FireSky Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, AZ on Friday, March 5, 2010. Prior to the meeting, colleagues were asked to read John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber’s book entitled “Our Iceberg Is Melting: Changing and Succeeding Under Any Conditions.” Katrina Gesh-Wilson of GWOCG, LLC, led a work session where she discussed critical steps that should be taken to ensure long-term success for HCIM and its colleagues. The Leadership Team and colleagues took the opportunity to brainstorm together and set measurable objectives for reaching HCIM’s FY 2010 strategic goals.
