Michael E. Wilson President & CEO

With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Michael Wilson is a seasoned and respected business professional. His experience has been enhanced through the leadership positions he has held with such leading health care companies as Blue Cross of California, Blue Shield of California, NASCO, McKesson, and John Muir/Mt. Diablo Health System.

The expertise Wilson has acquired in the managed care arena has equipped him with the ability to deliver innovative and effective solutions in an ever-evolving health care climate.

Wilson's success in implementing strategies and projects is driven by his knowledge of the health care issues impacting health care delivery in today's marketplace. He has developed strategies for claims payment and adjudication that align with Medicare regulatory standards and requirements. As a past member of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Advisory Committee for The IPA Association of America, he has acquired expertise in interpreting and implementing compliance guidelines required by HIPAA.

Wilson’s demonstrated skill in such critical components of managed care as client reporting, devising and managing operational policies and procedures, system hierarchical development, and capitation processing has formed the foundation of his winning approaches to some of the most complex health care issues.

Wilson attended the University of Nevada and continues his pursuit of educational opportunities that will augment his skills.

Wilson serves on the Boards of Directors for HealthCare Information Management, Inc., QuenQue, Inc., and the Western Healthcare Federal Credit Union. He is an active member of the Houston, Texas community in which he resides.

Thomas Streeter Senior Vice President, Technical Development

Thomas Streeter possesses over 23 years of software development expertise, 10 of which have been dedicated to the health care industry. He is an accomplished software program architect and developer, as well as a gifted manager and respected custom applications consultant.

In recent years, he has garnered extensive knowledge through his direct focus upon health care claims adjudication systems and allied support tools. Streeter's management skills have been integral in his success with application development projects in both health care and general business environments.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Through continuing post-graduate studies, he has completed certification training in software and programming tools.

Streeter serves on the Boards of Directors for HealthCare Information Management, Inc. and QuenQue, Inc. He is actively involved in leadership at Sanctuary Ministries. Streeter continues to be an active member of the Concord, Calif. community in which he has resided for over 23 years.

Gregory K. Merica Director of Product Integration

Gregory Merica's career in the health care arena has spanned over 16 years. His extensive studies in economics, along with his technological aptitude, have equipped him with the talent to meet the complexities of today's health care environment with sound solutions.

Merica has accumulated a wide range of health care experience working for leading health care organizations in the provider, payor, and software development arenas. He has also garnered extensive expertise in system implementations, conversions, and utilization and financial analysis.

His career is laced with many accomplishments. He designed and developed a scanning, optical character recognition, and document management system for claims adjudication and processing. He also developed a system for a completely paperless prior authorization request workflow management program, to foster advanced efficiencies in utilization management.

While previously serving as a Claims Operations Manager, Merica demonstrated his unique combination of business and technical acumen by skillfully leading claims adjudication system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and reporting functions.

Merica holds a master’s degree in Economics from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska. He has also attained the status of Professional with the Academy for Healthcare Management. Merica is founder and chairman emeritus of the Board of Directors for ScanClaims, Inc.

Jeffrey Hall Senior Vice President, Consulting Services Group Director

Jeffrey Hall has earned a reputation as an accomplished manager and senior analyst in health care and financial technology environments. His demonstrated skill in devising business solutions for today's complex health care environment is a byproduct of over 20 years of extensive hands-on experience in management and fiscal responsibilities.

Hall is certified by The TriZetto Group as a QNXT professional on QNXT versions 2.0 to 3.4. He has provided consulting services to HCIM clients throughout the United States, where he has actively participated on various levels of the system conversion and implementation and configuration process.

Hall managed the design, development, and delivery of a web-based report system for the County of Sacramento Department of Health Services. He has also successfully devised reporting for use in measuring provider performance, capturing capitated and fee-for-service compensation, membership, utilization membership, and claims. His fiscal expertise has also taken him to the banking industry where he has served in a consulting capacity.

He is active in the Modesto, Calif. community in which he resides and serves on the Boards of Directors for HealthCare Information Management, Inc. and QuenQue, Inc.
