Michael Wilson, Jeffrey Hall, John Rickenbach, and I enjoyed meeting with our EZ-CAP user friends at the 2011 EZ-CAP User Conference (UCON) in Newport Beach, Calif. on March 6-9, where HCIM once again participated as a Gold Sponsor. Our booth was packed as attendees snagged the handy first aid travel kits, had their luggage tags made, entered the raffle, and learned how SymKey® for EZ-CAP® can accelerate the processing of their claims and authorizations through cutting edge automation.
Robin Dow-Morales, V.P. of Claims Administration at Bakersfield Family Medical Center, won HCIM’s raffle for a $100 Visa gift card.
HCIM launched their new Share the Love program at the UCON, which rewards current SymKey for EZ-CAP clients for sharing their love of SymKey with other EZ-CAP users. Sherry Thibeault and Brooke Yates of Desert Oasis Healthcare submitted the first referral and will earn a $500 American Express gift card if their referral signs a SymKey license within six months. Even if the referral doesn’t license SymKey, they’ll still be entered in the 2012 Valentine’s Day Share the Love drawing for a $250 gift card.
The highlight of the conference was the UCON Mardi Gras themed evening event, where attendees donned elegant masks and Mardi Gras beads while enjoying the beautiful decorations, delectable refreshments, and great company. We at HCIM would like to thank MZI HealthCare for a wonderful conference and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.
